Blessed are the hungry for they will be filled. Jesus followers are spiritually hungry. We value hunger for God in our house.

We don’t give to get. We give our time, treasure and talents from a heart of love with pure motives. No strings attached is the heart posture of this house and we value generosity. Acts 20:35, 1 Timothy 6:18-19, 2 Corinthians 9:7, Romans 13:8
Jesus blesses the humble. Humility is key to inheritance in The Kingdom. A humble people will attract The Presence of God. Humility is key to healthy relationships. We value humility in our house.
We represent the Lord by doing the best we can with what we have. Colossians 3:23-24, Daniel 6:3, Exodus 31:1-11
Honor reflects Heaven's value. Honor protects freedom, creates safe places and reflects a Kingdom identity. Honor is about self-control not control. We value honor in our house. 1 Samuel 2:30, Romans 12:10, 1 Peter 2:17, Matthew 4:1-11, Isaiah 29:13, Mark 6:1-6, Proverbs 3:9-10
We value being servants of The Lord in this house. We want to have a culture of aprons & towels in our hands & hearts. Jesus teaches us that to be great, to be a leader, you are a servant of all. Mark 10:43-45
We simply want to be like Jesus—holy, set apart unto God, and fully surrendered to the Refiner’s fire. We know the closer we get to Him, the more we become like Him. Holiness is found in the presence of God. Our heart’s cry is this: “Make me like You, Jesus! Make me holy!” Romans 6:19, 1 Peter 1:15-16, Hebrews 12:14, Revelations 4:8, 2 Timothy 1:9, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8
Jesus said, “Go and make disciples”. We are not seeking to get converts, but to make disciples who disciple. It’s the key to true kingdom growth. We desire to present every member mature in Jesus. We value discipleship in our house. Matthew 28:16-20, Colossians 1:28, 2Timothy 2:1-2
In a world often overshadowed by fleeting pleasures and superficial happiness, the concept of 'joy' as presented in the Scriptures offers a profound and enduring alternative. We desire to have a Biblical understanding of joy, its roots, and how it can be genuinely experienced in our lives. We believe in His Presence is where we will find joy at its fullest. Psalms 16:11, Galatians 5:22-23, Romans 15:13.
Living with a heart that says thank you Jesus is core to living in His presence. We believe thanksgiving is a guard for our hearts and the soil for peace and joy to grow in. Philippians 4:6, Psalms 100:4
We believe The Word of God is the vehicle that drives us to THE WORD. We value the Bible and desire to have a biblical view in all we do and say. We desire to have an Acts 2:42 people, who continually & faithfully devoted to the teaching of The Scriptures by the leadership of the house and by our own commitment to the mining of The Word. Psalm 119:11 & 16
We are called to live the supernatural life. This is a life that lives in the power of The Spirit to see signs, wonders and miracles following. We desire to see the fruit & gifts of The Spirit married to lives. Mark 16:17, Acts 5:12, Acts 19:11-12, Galatians 5:22-23
God created us for encounters with Him. We see in Scripture that every leader who was called by God were people God first encountered. We want to disciple leaders by helping them discover the many ways to have daily encounters with Jesus. Exodus 3; Isaiah 6; Matthew 6:17 (fasting) Proverbs 8:34, John 15:4, 1 Samuel 3:10
The Bible teaches us that the anointing and favor of God rests on those who are unified. Leaders take the lead to dispel gossip, to be peacemakers, to defend and honor each other. We want to be leaders who are in unity with The Holy Spirit so that we can be in unity with each other. Psalm 133, Ephesians 4:2-6
We see in Haggai both leadership and the people taking ownership for building God’s house. We believe leaders who are both planted in God’s house and committed to the work of the LORD in God’s house will flourish. It looks like being early, willingness to stay late, treating the Church like it’s your own house. Haggai 1:14; Ephesians 4:16.
This value speaks of “Be Still and Know that I am God”. We prioritize getting away with God, being still before Him, quieting our mind and listening to Him as He restores us, and heals us. We can’t lead effectively if we are not honoring the Lord’s sabbath or if we’re constantly working and busy but not resting. “Unless the Lord builds the house they labor in vain…wait on the LORD”.
Many times we get burnt out because we’re doing things outside of Gods grace. We can’t fill up on the grace of God if we haven’t taken time to hear from Him regarding what we are to do. This 13th week for Terry is also a time where the LORD; Matthew 11:28 - (take my yoke upon you) Hebrews 4:9-11 Mark 6:31; Mark 2:27; Exodus 23:12; Psalm 23; Psalm 37:7; Psalm 127.
We honor God with our tithes and offering. We give to God our first and our best. We want our church to be entrusted with great resources so our leaders must also carry a spirit of generosity. Our leaders will be the ones we call upon to help steward the resources of this church. Malachi 3:8-10, Proverbs 3:9-10; Matthew 23:23-24.
